Our 2 yr. old refused to go in his room the last week of us packing up and moving. He said there was a ghost that would scratch at his easel and play with his toys. We found a toy by his bed that we had not seen in years and I asked him where it came from...he said, "the ghost". I took several photos right after each other....some had no orbs, but then the next would have about 1-3. Is this an orb above him since it shows a little movement?

If it shows movement and you have corroborating evidence (like other strange goings-on occurring at your home) I would move slightly toward the theory that it is not simply dust. I mean, it looks like you typical dust + flash = orb photo, but you have other evidence to the contrary.

If it were me, the first thing I would do is take a ton of pictures. If only one keeps showing up, and around your son no less, one that shows possible movement, than I'd say you are on to something. Try avoiding using the flash as much as possible. That should help. Also, the farther the flash is physically located from the lens on your camera, the less chance any non-ghost orbs will show.

I would also try some evp sessions. If your home is haunted, perhaps you can get a response on tape? If you don't have a digital recorder, your cell phone should. And while it may not be the best quality, I have heard some really cool evp's that were caught on cell phones.

One more thing. If you have a video camera, I would set that sucker up near your son at the points which your son seems to react to the supposed entity the most. Mayhaps you will catch something that way? Photographic evidence is great, but video evidence is the much coveted prize among investigators. That way one can see movement and what-not.

There was a lot of activity when we went back and I had the house cleansed. There were 2 portals and native american spirits. There was a lot of negative entities. My son does have angels and they were protecting him. Thanks for your comment!

This is simply his 'angel orb' watching over him..nothing more :) It is not haunted in 'any' way..I have orbs in my house everyday and post pics on my facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/SkyCrystals
One I have on there is at Christmas 2010 my granddaughters mother has been dead for 7 years, but in every special day picture and then some that aren't special she will appear in them. :) With this one though it's right on her face..I told Nikki her mother was kissing her that day..it helps her when she gets to missing her mom too. :)

Thanks for your input! We still have access to the house...I want to go back tomorrow night and take more photos and try to communicate with whatever it is....would you suggest that? Can ghosts follow you home? Would a closing prayer stop that? I don't want to bring it back to our new house since our son is finally feeling safe....but I'm curious.

Yes, that is a definite orb and it is obvious that this orb is following him. Whatever reason, I don't know.
