Just some more info on the house. The house currently stands empty but a woman I knew who worked there (while it was being used as an office)said she was carrying a box of files up to the attic when something pushed her backwards. Just as she was about to fall down the stairs another something pushed her upright again. She quit that day. None of the people who have worked there would stay by themselves. They would hear strange noises and one woman's window shade flew up all by itself. The soldier that is seen on the grounds is not looking out of the window but stands outside the house overlooking the road (the house is on a hill). He is visible from the road, has been seen many times and has red hair.
Back in 1980, my brother was going to rent this house from the owner at the time. I decided to go upstairs and explore. I went up into the attic and there were dates and signatures of soldiers on the walls. I have a picture I took from the outside of a soldier's face peeking out of the window. The house was empty at that time. I love the history here.

I was delivering Medical supplies to this location and was told to take them up the steps into the supply room. Well when I got to this cold room I saw the walls covered with beautiful signatures. I had no idea what they were. A week later I went and noticed the walls had been painted. I asked a worker what happened to all the signatures on the walls and she told me that there were civil war signatures their at one time because it was a hospital during the civil war but they had been painted over years ago.
