Trails and Rails at Nebraska.

There has been a ghost roaming throughout visitors eyes. One girl took a picture of Trails and Rails and after she took the photo she was confused for the face that their was a solider or man standing there looking right at the camera.
Other reports have been that the ghost interrupting tours and moving things without anyone knowing.
