I have lived near chandler IN my whole life,And if you dont belive me ask around or better yet go out there your self. this place is a very old very small cemitary on top of a steep hill aka top of the world,aka the top i have heard young children laphing,wispering i have had people taping on the vehicle i have seen shadows and one night i seen and talked to a little boy ge was 9 years old he had sandy hair and blue eyes a brownish red flanel old worndown jeans and brown shows that looked like somthing from the 1800s there is never a calm night i think its do to the disreslect shown to them people have shot every headstone amd pissed on every grave i promiss you it is the most haunted place in Indiana
