Tooele City - Old Tooele Hospital (Currently Asylum 49)

The old Tooele Hospital has had many sightings. After being decomisioned and turned into a "Haunted House" style attraction, many employees and actors have reported several sightings. Especially that of a 'dark' presence of a former patient. When inside the building, one may experience feelings of fear, sadness, and sometimes anger.
There is even said to be a 'Portal' there that leads to the underworld, and the ghost of a former employee, Maria, guards it. There is also the ghosts of several other former patients and employees who have died there.
