The Shady Dell isn't very famous. Most of the visitors come here to enjoy the 'Good ol' times'. More precisely, it's a trailer park with everything old, starting from the 18's. Some guests don't even know a tad bit that it's haunted. It is built VERY close to a VERY old cemetery. The Royal Mansion is the trailer recorded for the most number of hauntings. Fridges' door would open and close on its own and some even complained seeing children play around the bushes, when children aren't allowed there..
