I lived on some land that was a little town at one time. my mother would see a man in the house that would which my brother and is wife down stairs. and my sister-inlaw would come home late at night when we all be sleeping and she would heard foot steps in the hall way and there was no one there. I saw the man when I was older he look tall and had a cowboy hat on when he saw me looking at him he backup and walk in the bathroom. I got scary and told my mother that some one was in the home she ask me to tell her what the person look like and told her and she said that she been seeing him for a long time
