My sister said that this picture I found looks really similar to what she saw.
The house I have spent my entire life in, the house I STILL live in, has become a place I truly fear as of about 3 years ago. (maybe longer; I'm not sure anymore. It feels like it's been ages.) It was built fresh from an open field 20 years ago, and my family is the only one that has ever lived in it. No tragedies have ever taken place here and no one has ever died here, so one wouldn't think this house COULD be haunted, but I can tell you right now that something is not right here.
I don't know what this thing is, what it wants, or why it's here but I believe that all this could possibly stem from the night my family (me excluded) decided to mess around with an Ouija board. I felt something wasn't right when my father bought the board for my mother, and when they decided to use it, I cried and begged them not to. My desperate pleas went unheard. That's when it all began. The shadow figure, the scratches, the mimicked voices of our family members, the demonic sounding voice telling me to do things, all of it. My parents don't believe us since nothing has ever happened to them. But, I'm sure this thing will eventually get bold enough to let them know it's here.
I have posted part one of my story as well as several others. The title is The Hat Man (Full Version) Part 1. The titles of the others will be the same except for the number will progressively go up. Below will be the links to each part.
Part 1:http://www.hauntedhovel.com/the-hat-man-full-version-part-1.html
Part 2:http://www.hauntedhovel.com/the-hat-man-full-version-part-2.html
Part 3:http://www.hauntedhovel.com/the-hat-man-full-version-part-3.html
Part 4:http://www.hauntedhovel.com/the-hat-man-full-version-part-4.html
I'll post more links as I add more to the story. Frankly I've been kinda lazy and haven't typed what I've already documented on a note pad, but I'll get around to it.

Decision by: Anonymous
I've come to the conclusion that if I can't find a site that will let me post the whole story at once, I may just try to post it in parts on this site. If I do choose to do that, then the first part will probably be quite similar to the story that's up right now, only better written with a lot more info.

Longer Version by:
I am currently working on typing a longer version of this story and am hoping to find a site that will allow me to post it ,since I have no idea how to start my own site, and will post a link to the site in the comments if I get the story up. It is currently six Microsoft Word pages long and will likely be seven or eight by the time it's done. if anyone knows of any websites that will allow me to post this, leave a comment to let me know what it is.

Had some experience with the board by: Goofy1952
You are probably right in believing the oujai board had something to do with the hat man. Years ago my Mom and I did it, but luckily nothing happened. Then in Germany when a group of Army wives got together and we used one we had contact with a 200 year old spirit, who was not evil, but I told them we wouldn't do it any more. I wouldn't. Just don't know who or what will show up.
You might try contacting Ghost Hunters or the Ghost Adventure teams and maybe they could help.
I hope you can get some help even if your family doubts there is a problem.
