Hey i go to Sultan high school and people do that to scare other people or make them self look better.

The reason why the sinks get cloged is because someone or some body put tampons in the sink or stuff make up into the drain.

For the electricity, the janitor needs to fix them there is no haunting or ghost in the bathroom.

Trust me things would be alot weirder than that.

I have a little ghost running around at my house and she doesnt do that.
