I have heard moans, doors slamming, wheelchairs creaking (when there are none in the building).
Captured a few EVPs, one saying "Get me OUT of here!" Also, our group (me, my friends and guide) all saw this BLUE mist turn into a black shadow. it walked right through a wall~!!!
