Orb on my pillow?

Last night i was taking a picture of my new comforter to send to my boyfriend who is out of town. I start to send the picture and i notice one single orb on my pillow(on the left). I keep my room very clean so i doubt it's dust. Today marks 10 years of my cousin being passed away. Could this be him?
