Old Monroe Elementary School - Monroe GA

This abandoned school is haunted by several ghost. Many children were too scared to walk its halls alone. In the cafeteria and old gym three children are said to still remain in the school. In the mid 1980's a grease fire claimed the lives of the three children and these children never left. During lunch time I would see shadows running across the cafeteria. Sometimes seeing them touch other children like they were tapping the kids on the shoulder. I have had one stand in front of me during one lunch. I was sitting facing an open window on a sunny day and still saw a shadow of a person standing there.

There is a man that walks the halls but he isn't a good man. He feels like he is angry and wants to hurt someone. I have heard him walking down stairs and he has even called out my name. I'm sure no one else was around. Also he has touched my shoulder.

On the fifth grade hall children have been pushed down the stairs by another ghost. Also on the same hall in the girls bathroom there are reports of girls coming out with scratches that came from no where. It was rumored that two girls were rapped and killed in that bathroom.

I think this school should be investigated by a ghost team or something.
