I was home alone one nght and I decided to head to the basement and do some laundry. After putting aload in the washer, i left the laundry room only to see a shadowy figure walk quicker than i was and in the opposite direction. Scared, I ran upstairs. Never again have I seen it again but about a week ago, I left a digital recorder recording in the basement for 25 minutes. What I caught were footsteps and unexplained loud thuds that I didn't even hear with my own ears. The recorder was stationary so it was any shuffling that i heard and upstairs I wasn't moving.
