Do you mean STEPPE cemetery? I have personally been there and I think that it is worth mentioning that the stump you are referring to is no longer in existence. The area itself wasn't that creepy, nor was baby Lester's grave. The most activity I got was a few dead spots where my flashlight would randomly dim. I have heard of people getting more serious activity there, but I have not experienced anything serious.
