I'm incredibly surprised LMU was not already on the list! There's the classic story of The Lady in the Red Dress; a story of a woman and child who passed on whilst The Four Seasons (now Grant-Lee Dorm) burned down. She and her child can still be heard screaming and trying to escape from the building. There are also numerous stories about Byram and McClelland Houses (McClelland was condemned and destroyed recently). Byram is now a sorority house and the girls are full of chilling tales.
