This happened back in the early 2000's. A friend and I were going up Cavelero Hill in Lake Stevens, WA, it was around 11:30PM in November. We see this little girl around 8 years old riding a bike going east at the top of Cavelero Hill. We said to each other that was weird. The Little girl was wearing a sun dress in November at 11:30pm?? So about a week later we saw the same thing....
