21st Ave Place off of W 35th street in Kearney, Nebraska is a well-known haunted location around natives. Before the crater for Lake Kearney was dug, there used to be two main cemeteries. The one the Lake was built on was dug up and relocated by the city. The other one, located at the current location of #11 21st Ave Place, was not, as its lease had expired and the land was owned privately. The current homes are built on the land of the old cemetery. People have reported seeing figures wandering at night, garden hoses that mysterious uncoil across the lawn, and poltergeist activities in basements.
