We were visiting my in laws, and my niece took a picture of my husband and brother in law standing outside talking.. she was also outside, as was everyone else. There were alot of pictures taken that day, with no other marks in them. The location of the 'spot' in the picture has nothing shiny in the distance, and it was not raining at all. |
