help could this be real

on christmas morning my mum had took lots of photos and in lots of them there orbs and there one that has a ginat bright orbs and its not a camra flash

its a orb i thinks its my uncle allen he was berred on xmas eve hes dead 13 year could it him or my wee brother who is about 5 now which is also dead
