Ghost in my Dining Room

It was really early in the morning and I was up making lunch for work and I was making potato and egg burritos and I went to the the dining room table to get a jalepeno for the burritos and when I was walking to the table there was a black shadow by the utility closet door. It was in the shape of a man. Then I was walking back to the stove and I did not see the shadow go around me or anything but I felt this really bone chilling cold go right through me. So some body tell me what I saw please.
