Finleys Bar and Grill 10477 S Airport Way Manteca, CA 95336 (209) 983-9493

by Dana Mierkey
(San Joaquin County ca)

I discovered this beautiful little bar and restaurant by accident while driving down a country road on Airport Way in Manteca Ca. It is nestled between dairys and has quite a bit of energy around it which is what drew me to it. I have become a regular customer and while dining set up a recorder on the table and entertain myself hours later listening to the audio which almost always has a number of evps. I have also experienced voices that whisper in my ear while there and have seen a full solid black form on two occassions. It is not only incredibly fast moving it appears liquid and does not have features. The owners are now offering three hour ghost tours on Saturdays which include sit down dinner, tour of gardens, ancestry on previous owners, and time in the chapel and cottage that was featured on A & E My Ghost Story. The owners Deborah Finley and husband Mark Uecker recently shared they are going to offer three hours investigations for small groups, however no details have been given at this time. Audio and video with some pretty interesting things have been captured in the bar and cottage so far. I would highly reccommend this place for great food and great spirits.
