Diversatech, Manteno Illinois

Diversatech is an old asylum in manteno illinois and me and my friends went there and before we even got inside we seen a light flash in every window when there is no electricity what-so-ever and we went inside and heard giggling and whispering.


then when we got in the basement every window shattered in at the same time!

it was very scary and the next day we went back in the daylight and no windows were broken or anything!

i worked at manteno state hospital for 12 years,i never saw or heard a ghost. in fact i worked 10 years on midnights. some people have large imaginations. and they never had men in jump suits.
i have heard tales about children being seen,there was no children here.

Literally went tonight, my friend lost his phone their, we called it close to 50 times, we got an answer and we said, hello? We got a reply saying "we will kill you" We believe, based on story and a finding about Satanist cults who go their. Be very careful when you are their, we did take some video footage and their are some sounds and some lights you can see, also right before we were about to leave, a rock was thrown, if I am able to, I will upload the video to youtube and place a link in comments

I went and explored the one building that isn't boarded up with my cousin late one night. We weren't there long and we didn't look real in depth, but while we walked from room to room we could here voices and as soon as you step foot into one of the huge rooms you instantly feel like you entered a crowd of people. The feeling is indescribable as there are no people to be seen, but you can feel their presence. Also, as we were leaving we were standing at the entrance. We were facing the street with our backs towards the main entrance room and my shirt sleeve lifted and was being tugged backwards. At the same time a man's voice said, "stay". My cousin and I both saw the thing with my shirt and heard the voice. It was an exhilarating experience. We plan on returning in order to find out more about the people who once lived there.
