This is my Moms coat and the x on it is what i saw???

My story is short but true

My Mother passed away with cancer Febuary 3rd 2015.
I was in bed just looking about the room as I could not sleep.
I saw a what looked like a flashing x faint but I could see it looked like a oblong orb with an x in the middle slowly moving along the coving. it only moved about 2 feet,
Then it was the other side of the room.
I was thinking what the hell is that.
I closed my eyes for a bit.
But when I opened them the x was right in front of my face close to my eyes large as life.
as soon as I opened my eyes it just went backwards and vanished?
never had anything like this happen to me before,
ho just one last thing
it was my Birthday on the night I saw the orb? 7 months after moms death.

mine is pretty much the same as yours but my girlfriend died last December 19th at 4:19 pm and around the end of December I was sitting in the den watching TV when this mist like figure came out of the bedroom and up to me and leaned over me like she used to do when she would kiss me. the energy was so strong I felt like I was on fire or electrocuted, then she went and sat on the couch where she always sat or laid down for around 2 minutes and got up and went towards the bedroom and disappeared.so yes , I do believe you and she was there for you on your birthday to say goodbye.i still see her once in a while going from the bedroom to the bathroom like she did when she was sick with cancer. she had cancer for 14 months and its something that I never ever want to go through again.
