Recently, another appearance of " Carl " the Ghost, who is said to haunt the Campus Inn Hotel(formerly Bass Inn), took place. A night employee was sitting at the Computer Command Station at about 4:30 a.m. in the Simulator Lab and described an air compressor that was sitting behind the Simulators that suddenly turned on and made an ear-piercing high-pitched noise. There was no way this compressor could have come on by itself. The employee nonetheless said, quote, " I almost went through the roof " when the compressor suddenly turned itself on by itself.
