There have been encounters of seeing and feeling ghosts in several of the houses. Doors have opened by themselves, lights have turned on and off, car alarms go off, people have even physically been touched by these spirits. You here cars driving down the street at the wee hours of the night only to see no presence of a moving car any where on the street.
