The Maesbury Road Industrial Estates to the South of Oswestry.

A few years ago there was a fire at the house and ever since it has been abandoned, A year before the fire started an elderly woman and her dog passed away at the same time, there bodys where never found but there was sighting of seeing an elderly figure walking across the bay window,also a man heard a quiet bark and was sure came from the house,its rumored that they set the house on fire as a warning to be left alone since people pooking through the windows.
