Standing on the north side of the median (closest to the Legacy) look at the sign in the median but a little to the right as a car drives by and you'll see a shadow of a person who has been said to have been hit and killed by a car while riding a bike. You can see it better usually at night and when the cars are going East but in the lane closest to the median. (you should be able to see the median from where you are standing)
