109 E. Maplewood Dr. Clarksville, Indiana 47129 was the haunted house I used to live in.

I lived in this house from the age of 12 until I was 18 years old. I am now 24 and live in Borden Indiana. My bedroom was the room in the basement. At the time it had lime green walls. I had several paranormal experiences in that house and basement. One time I was sleeping on the floor in the living room in the basement with my family and I had a force jump on top of me and hold me down and I couldn't move. I have also been woken up to an awful sound (like a train and a hissing cat/low growl) in my face. I have also felt breathing on my face at night...and have seen black objects move real fast across the room. My family members have felt uneasy in that house and felt like someone was watching them constantly. My mom used to have a daycare and one of the daycare children woke up screaming her head off saying she was "E.T." in the basement. She wouldn't go back down there ever again. Ever since we moved out of that house, we have had peace. The previous lady that lived there before us just randomly up and left with no warning apparently. And I have heard from my old neighbors that it took several years for the house to even be sold or rented out. I still have nightmares about that house and won't drive past it.

Update NEW
by: Jessica Kurr

This is the original person of this post again, and I just wanted to say that I've had yet another person contact me several months ago via Facebook, and she found me when she googled if the house was haunted or not. She was scared because she was having very similar experiences, and was planning to move out this past November 2017. I have no idea if she ever actually left, because her page is unavailable now. Just wanted to update everyone. It is now February 2018. 👍

I want to move back NEW
by: Welch

I lived in this house from the time I was 4 to 17. We left when we moved to Germany. During my time here I also heard strange sounds, such as glass shattering. I never felt unsafe or uneasy. I had multiple sleepovers with friends in the basement and upstairs and everyone kept coming back, so I have to assume none of my friends felt uneasy. My grandmother and great aunt passed away in the house, in the living room and the kitchen respectively. My family is actually who built the barn in the backyard and made the bedroom in the basement. I would actually love to live here again.

I lived here too NEW
by: Trinity Linnig

i lived in this house from when i was in 3rd grade to 6th grade, when i lived there i always felt uneasy as well. i sworw up and down to my parents that the house was haunted, but nobody believed me. I saw the knobs in the shower move. the most happened in the basement though. the computer was in the living room part and i always wanted to play it one day i just heard a lightbulb burst into pieces, another time i ooened the door to the bedroom in the basement and a toy car came zooming at me, i always went down there to watch ghost whisoerer and when the show was over i would be so scared to leave rh couch i would run upstairs so fast
